JBF St. Charles County Consignors sold an average of $355 at the past sale, and you can TOO!  

- Consignors earn 60% of their sales, less a $12 consignor fee.

- Consignors who are able to help anytime at the sale for at least 4 hours earn between 65-70% on their sold items. (Some team member shifts earn JBF bucks, too!)

HELPING AT THE SALE

Be a part of the JBF Team and make YOUR sales event great! 

In addition to being tons of fun, there are lot of great "perks" involved with being a part of the JBF Team. 

  • Team members who complete one 4 hour shift at the sale earn 65% of their sold items.
  • Team members who complete two 4 hour shifts at the sale earn 70% of their sold items. 
  • Shop EARLY at Wednesday's presale. (More hours = earlier shop time.)

Shifts are available in 4 hour increments and vary from event set up, inspection, organizing merchandise, greeters, registers, general floor help, and breaking down the event!

The more shifts you complete, the earlier you get to shop! The earlier you get to shop, the more mechandise and bargains to be had! 

SPECIAL INCENTIVES: Sign up for one of the shifts below & earn even more benefits.

  • Husband Set Up & Break Down Shift - Send your husband to help set up on Monday, September 23rd from 5:30-9:30pm and break down on Saturday, September 28th from 6-10pm, earn 70% of your total sales, shop early with the 12+ hour team members, & receive $20 in JBF bucks. 
  • Set Up Shift - Help set up on Monday, September 23rd from 5:30-9:30pm, earn 65% of your total sales, & receive $15 in JBF bucks. 
  • Break Down Shift - Help break down on Saturday, September 28th from 6-10pm, earn 65% of your total sales, & receive $15 in JBF bucks.

Please note: JBF Bucks are only good for the sale at which they are earned.

DROP OFF

Tuesday, September 24th 11am - 7pm

2nd Drop Off: Thursday, September 26th 7pm - 8pm for everything EXCEPT clothing & shoes.  Drop off is ONLY for that 1 hour. 

What To Expect At Drop Off:

1. Prep, price, & organize your items at home and bring to the venue ready to be SOLD! 

We recommend having your items sorted to make the drop off process smoother & quicker. Clothes together by size & gender, similar toys together, etc. 

2. Grab a rolling rack to help unload your items from your vehicle and bring them inside. Rolling racks are available on a first come, first serve basis. 

2. Check in at the Consignor Check-In table. 

3. Selling any baby gear or equipment? Check with our recall specialist before putting those items on the floor. 

4. Have a car seat, car seat base, or crib. Be sure to have completed a waiver. 

5. Once your items are put on the floor, head to consignor check out. 

Inspection will take place after you drop off.  All items pulled for rejection will be scanned & marked.  If you are donating, they will be donated to our charity partners.  If you are picking up, they will be sorted with your unsold items.

6. Head home & watch your sales grow with our real time updates. Cha-Ching! 

Find more stuff to sell? 2nd Drop Off is Thursday, September 26th from 7pm-8pm for toys, baby equipment, and furniture. We do not accept clothes and shoes for 2nd Drop Off. 

 

 

PICK UP

Saturday, September 28th 7pm - 8pm 


At 8:01pm remaining items are donated to our charity partners - Butterfly Haven. Sorry, no exceptions!


What To Expect At Pick Up:

We recommend bringing your own bin or bags to transport any unsold items home. You are able to send someone else to pick up your items just make sure they have your consignor number.

1. Check in at the Consignor Check-In table. 

2. A team member will help you locate your consignor number on the clothing racks. 

3. Head to item pick up at the tables. A team member will retrieve your items.

4. Double check your items, & complete the pick up verificaiton form. 

5. You will receive your check via email within 2 weeks of the sale!

VALET TAGGING SERVICE

**Valet Tagging is CURRENTLY FULL for the Fall Sale.**

Do you want to consign your items, but can't find the time? Then, Valet Tagging may be for you!

Here are the details:

Valet Consignors earn 45% of their sales, less a $20 consignor fee per 300 items.

It's SO easy...

1. Valet Consignors organize their items (clean clothing items with hangers, toys, shoes, books, etc) to sell. Then, drop off their items to the Valet Tagger.

2. Vallet Taggers prepare, price, and deliver your items to the sale. We take care of providing all the supplies (tags & safety pins) to get your items ready.

3. Valet Consignors have the option of picking up unsold items or donating them at the end of the sale. 

4. Valet Consigners receive your check via email within 2 weeks of the sale!

Valet Tagging is available only to a limited number of consignors.

JBF on Demand is a simple solution for busy families. Give things your kids no longer wear or need a new life (and get it out of your house). Best of all, you de-clutter AND collect the cash NOW

Here's how it works:

1. Contact us to make a Buying Appointment. 

2. Buyers will determine what they are able to purchase and offer you an amount. You get paid on the spot. Prices paid for items are comparable to garage sale pricing, not consigning prices. 

3. JBF on Demand sellers also get a pass to shop the presale. 

What can you sell NOW with JBF on Demand? Premium & Designer Brand kids' clothing, baby gear, children's furniture, strollers, toys, games, puzzles, and more! Specifics regarding acceptable items will be sent once we receive your inquiry.

MEGA CONSIGNORS

Have more than 500 items? Not a problem! 

We do require an additional consignor fee...

  • 501 - 749 items = $10
  • 750 - 1,000 items = $20
  • over 1,000 items = $30

AND participation in a break down shift. (This shift will not count toward an extra percentage, but you can add a shift at a different time in the sale to increase your percentage and get early shopping access.)
